At Inkryo, every product is made to order. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

As our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Color variations caused by screen settings
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible as the item is custom-made.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Other circumstances beyond our control
