By accessing, browsing, or utilizing our platform, purchasing any custom apparel, or engaging with our customer support channels, you (“the User” or “the Customer”) contractually agree to be fully bound by the following Terms & Conditions, alongside our binding Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Print-on-Demand Production: All products showcased on Inkryo are uniquely manufactured and custom printed on demand for each buyer. Because of this customized model, products are subject to dynamic raw material availability.
  • Discretionary Order Controls: We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to limit the sales of our custom products or services to any specific individual, geographic region, or corporate jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a localized, case-by-case basis.
  • Right to Refuse Service: We maintain the unconditional right to reject or cancel any commercial order submitted to our system at our sole discretion. In the event that we modify or cancel an active order, we will systematically notify you via the email address or phone contact parameters supplied during checkout.

3. Absolute Pricing, Currency, & Billing Transparency

  • Currency Alignment: All transactions, item values, and shipping parameters are displayed dynamically in our standardized base currency: United States Dollars ($ USD).
  • Pricing Adjustments: Prices for our premium apparel lines are subject to optimization modifications without prior notice.
  • Errors and Omissions: In the rare event that an item is mistakenly displayed with an incorrect price tag or typographical data error, Inkryo maintains the absolute legal right to reject, void, or cancel any active transactions submitted under the incorrect valuation, even if your payment method has already been authorized. If your transaction is canceled after payment verification, a 100% full credit refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.

4. Encrypted Checkout & Financial Security

  • Fulfillment Prerequisites: Full financial clearance must be securely authorized by our third-party infrastructure before an order is placed into our physical production loop.
  • Gateway Integrity: Payments are processed end-to-end via heavily encrypted, PCI-compliant third-party processing gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal). Inkryo never records, collects, or stores your complete credit card profile metadata on our servers.

5. Production Loops & Immutable Cancellation Terms

  • Fulfillment Pipeline: Because our manufacturing infrastructure triggers product construction rapidly upon transaction submission, orders can only be amended or canceled within a strict 2-hour window following checkout placement.
  • Production Lock: Once an item moves directly into physical production, modifications or cancellations are mathematically impossible.

6. Logistics, Transit Boundaries, & Policy Reference

  • Logistical Contingencies: All listed delivery windows and transit metrics are carefully calculated estimates, not legally binding guarantees. Inkryo is not contractually liable for shipping delays stemming from third-party courier sorting queues, severe regional weather anomalies, or customs inspections.
  • Separate Policies: Your use of our platform is simultaneously governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, which are incorporated directly into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

  • Copyright & Trademarks: All visual layouts, graphic concepts, apparel designs, source codes, logo arrays, trademarks, and text assets displayed across this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Inkryo Arts unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Strict Prohibitions: Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, translation, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our proprietary design mechanics without express written permission from our corporate office is strictly prohibited.

8. Strict User Conduct Restrictions

When navigating or communicating on our platform, you are strictly prohibited from:

In no case shall Inkryo Arts, our directors, manufacturing partners, logistics contractors, or service providers be legally liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, or product replacement costs—arising directly out of your utilization of our products or platform access.

These Terms & Conditions, alongside any separate operational agreements whereby we supply you with custom apparel services, shall be systematically governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable commercial laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal claims or disputes shall be handled within local competent jurisdictions.
